units, both for residential and commercial purposes. Each
unit is unique in its abilities and each is suited for a specific

Warranties
All
WaterFurnace Residential Geothermal H.V.A.C Equipment comes
standard with a 5-year parts and labor
warranty. Most convential systems don't even come with such
long warranties - WaterFurnace, however, stands firmly behind
the quality of the equipment they produce, as well as the
installation (which must be performed by a licensed installer).
The
underground loop portion of a system has a 55-year
warranty on all materials. These loops are designed
to last generations, maintenance free.
